I assume the bubble look all flat like that because of motion blur? A great idea but I think the bubbles would look prettier looking more like bubbles.
I took a ton of these. It was REALLY windy. The wind itself stretched the bubbles. Some nice ladies we didn't know posed for us doing this--they'd brought the bubbles for their kids but the kids were busy playing on the shore.

It was the wind. It was VERY windy. That's how they came out. I didn't do anything to this except levels.
