It's kind of fun but I am being a bit picky here. Your face is just a touch bluer than the reindeer. And ideally it should be more in the style of a drawing and less like a photograph. Not sure how you would do that other than drawing it.
Of course you have so many lovely self portraits anyway that it was great for you to try something new. I think it was a great idea but for me it hasn't quite come off.
Which reminds me I spent all day at an art class on Saturday. I drew a still life of fruit and filled in with soft pastels. I really liked my apple. Then I hand copied a landscape drawing and we were supposed to finish filling in with pastels but I didn't even half finish mine. It made a nice change and I enjoyed it.

I do know that this fails, I just could;t get it and I couldn't spend foreer trying, but it was fun.

I went to a pastles nature drawing class in the fall in New hamphshire.

It is SNOWING HERE (April 5).
