SEASONAL - Signs of Spring

At last I get to show my snowdrops. I walked with my camera and tripod at least 5 miles to get these. I had to walk all the way through two lots of woods and then cross the Ramparts where Queen Boadica made her last stand against the Romans. Last year they were on the edge of the woods. When I got there they were all fenced off in someone's garden. I went and knocked on the door and asked if I could photograph them as I had walked so far to do so. The kind lady said I could have them to myself.

These are very very pretty and I'm glad you were able to get them. I think, though, I might like the buzzed ones better--if a choice had to be made. I do lie them both.

LIKE them both. The keys on this little coputer are so tiiny it is hard to get an accurate hit.

Thank you!

Are they planted, feral, or wild?

Last year when I saw them I thought they were wild but maybe all along they were within someone's garden but it was just not fenced off. There are not any others within the woods. But up the road to us at the Red House there are massses of them that have been there years. I reckon they have all been planted.
What we do have wild throughout the woods are bluebells. Their leaves are up right now. Usually they are at their best towards the end of April.
